It's not a good service
It's not a good service, I don't recommend it. The basic plan is not able to find interested followers. They do a random follow/unfollow. You get some followers, but in other languages (which are very unlikely to interact with your content). A bot works better, at least you can provide them with the right hashtags. Edit: They ask for a meeting to discuss with you. They. Ask. You. That's perfect. But you attend the meeting and the person you talk to has no idea, hasn't seen your profile, and asks you: why did you want to have this meeting? what do you want? They ask you for a meeting, but they don't prepare it for you. I put a review commenting on the problems I've had with them on Trustpilot, and they start working. They start calling and sending emails. They want constructive feedback to help them improve. I give it to them, and they justify themselves, replying that it's my fault because I didn't understand the services they offer. Perfect, but the review I wrote on Trustpilot stays because it is truthful (I just received an email that they will remove this review in three days if I don't provide more info, that's why I'm editing). And no, I don't want a discount. A discount will not fix a bad service that, of course, I will not continue to pay for.

Highly recommend
Social Boost really helped out instagram profile grow substantially over a few months. We were very happy with the service and they are always willing to chat, or suggest ways in which we can do things more successfully.
