Orlando V arrived right on time to light our water heater’s pilot light. He did a thorough job and then went on to help us with a couple other gas related problems we had in our home. He was so kind. We are an older couple and he even helped us with our garbage disposal! :)

I smelled a very faint gas odor. I called Southern California Gas and within 30 minutes the tech arrived. I forgot to get his name but he was polite, professional and wore clothing with the logo and ID badge. He checked every appliance, the fireplace, water heater, and furnace. It was the oven and he did an adjustment. He also checked the meter and gas lines, all good. The odor is now gone and we have such peace of mind. Thank you!!

Just had Danny from So Cal Gas come to our house in Chino Hills for a service call. He went above and beyond with the service and even replaced parts on our dryer where he detected a leak. He was very professional and very polite. It was definitely a pleasant experience. I wish all service calls were this good.

This review is for Mr. Matthew Maguire, Team Lead Customer Service and Mr. Jose Quinteros, Field Technician from So Cal Gas Co. These are the 2 gentleman that IMMEDIATELY followed up to correct all that went haywire with SoCalGasCo the day before explained in my previous review . Mr. Maguire contacted me the following morning with a genuine deep concern to correct the issue and arranged to have Jose there first thing in morning to reinstate service. Jose is an amazing considerate talented polite and very knowledgeable young man. Both gentleman are models of how customer service should be and should have been provided. We were fortunate and grateful to have had them at our disposal. They are both an asset to SoCalGasCo.

Socalgas employee came to our house to turn on the gas. Excellent job, he pointed out all the possible problems we could have and how to fix them. He took his time and checked all outlets for leaks. He started all our gas appliances. We can’t say how appreciative we are of his attitude and work.

There was a gas odor near my gas meter so I immediately called The Gas company to report it. Since this is an emergency case of gas leak, I was connected to an operator, and she informed me that the technician will be at my house within 4 hours time frame. To my surprise, a technician named Najeeb showed up at my house within 30 minutes. Wow. Talk about quick. He was very nice, friendly and attentive. After showing him the area where my gas meter is, Najeeb fixed the problem quickly. He also informed me that he did thoroughly check the WHOLE house to make sure there was no leak anywhere. He also asked me to inspect the area that he just worked on. Wow. He painted my meter like new. He also cleaned the area around the gas meter spotless. Lol. I thanked him for his wonderful work. Najeeb is an asset to The Gas Company. His professionalism and dedication is greatly appreciated.
