My experience was fine. nothing bad to mention - which is already good thing.

We recently moved from New York To Florida and are completely satisfied wit the team. i'm especially glad they conducted a Quality assurance check before the move. Without it, I fear the process could have turned into a nightmare, However, the team arrived well-prepared and quickly loaded everything. The delivery was right on time because we didn't want to sleep on the floor!

Worst company to work with! Make sure you get all details. I informed them I would be using a credit card and then the moving company that actually moved my items took my stuff and would not accept the payment. I paid Sobe $1900 and never was able to get my items back. They will also continuously raise the price on you. Do not use them get PODS instead!!!

Overall, I had a positive experience with Sobe. They delivered on time, and the movers were pleasant and quick. The only thing that upset me was that my bed got scratched during the move, but it wasn't too bad.

They were extremely nice, Professional , and made sure everything I had was where I wanted it. They also completed my delivery in a timely manner with no issues. I would ask for them again when the time comes.

This is not a legitimate company. They are criminals. Mathew handled our move and quoted me a price of $2190.00 with $750 as down payment. I paid it with my credit card and he said it went through. The next day Mathew called me and said he needed to charge the $750.00 again giving some convoluted explanation. He even asked if i could zelle it to him I said that it did not sound right and would not do that. The movers arrived at the pick up location that day and pulled my husband aside and said the price would be 3600.00 and not 2190.00 because it was a long haul based on the size of shipment. This also did not make sense as we were only moving 64 cubic feet (3 pieces of furniture) … the movers were rude and threatening. My husband called Mathew and he was of no help to us so my husband cancelled the move. Then we received a call from kim from Sobe saying that we would not be getting back the $750.00 deposit. What $750.00? Mathew had called and said the deposit did not get processed properly and that is why he was calling again to get the deposit. We called the credit card company and let them know. DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY
