Thank you for your feedback Sheigh and we understand your frustration, but your frustration should be directed at USPS, not Soap Korner. We shipped your order out the next business day on Monday, the 15th as your order was placed at 10:20. This is 20 minutes after our cut off time of 10am MT on Saturday. When you still had not received your order within 7 business days, we filed a missing mail search through USPS, which then moved your order along and was finally then delivered on 7/29. We cannot file a claim or reship your order until an order is deemed lost by the USPS, which is 15 business day and that would have been the 30th, which is why we gave you that date. We have a disclaimer on the top of our website, which has been there for over a year, in regards to shipping times, as USPS has proven to be unreliable for priority shipping. This disclaimer reads- Shipping Update  UPS & USPS may experience delays. If you have not received an update for 7 business days, please email [email protected]. If you need your order within 2-5 days, please use one of the paid UPS or USPS express options. If you have received a tracking number, your order has left our facility. Most orders will ship same day if placed before 1 p.m. MT on weekdays and 10 a.m. on Saturdays.  We would love your feedback on how we can show our customers that we care, more than what we do now, as our customers are our top priority. Unfortunately, reshipping a free order that is running late, is not feasible for us as a small business, especially when USPS is late 9 times out of 10.
