This is a great app for older seniors living alone who are not living with a serious chronic illness. It provides assurance that, in case of an emergency, they would not be alone more than 24 hours.

They answered my question in time.

This app is wonderful. It gives my kids peace of mind knowing that I need to check in everyday. It's good to know that help is close by. Even if I never need it.

I recommend snug safe to my senior clients who live alone. Especially if family members live out of town, the peace of mind is worthwhile.

I’ve been using this app for quite some time. It has given me great peace of mind. I especially appreciate the ease of use and the multiple reminders to check in if I’ve forgotten. I used to have concerns— mostly for my pets! No more worrying about them should something happen to me during the night. My son has moved back in with me for awhile, so I’m taking a break. But I won’t hesitate to use again when I once more am living alone.

To Whom it may concern: I LOVED the video that Snug put together. It highlighted the abilities of older people as we age! It is this type of video that will help stamp out age-ism! Please don't put me in a box, based on my age. Look at my enthusiasm and my zest for life! And your vide speaks to that. I love the Snug app. It allowed me to have several check in times each day and it has notifications to remind me to check in. I appreciate having the peace of mind from knowing that my emergency contacts would be called if I didn't check in. Their customer service is very responsive and super nice folks.

I have used Snug free app for many years. I use option to checkin once a day (a.m.). Two weeks I forgot to checkin by my preselected time if 9 a.m., Snug promptly texted a reminder to me followed up by texting my emergency contacts. I feel safer knowing that Snug will contact these people if I don't checkin and at last resort notify police/fire. Snug also provides option to cancel checkin for a period of time. For example, going on vacation or in hospital. I have recommended Snug to many of my friends. It works for me! Susan Perry
