Absolutely zero stars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SNOWVERD. They sent us damaged goods and refused to refund because they claim we damaged them after delivery. Give me a break! They take zero responsibility for goods sent.

No stars!!! Partner ordered something worth $230!!! And this company tried to claim that they had been sent it when they haven’t and then sent a fake tracking order number once he asked where his package was!! He was sent no tracking prior! No response on him asking for a refund! What a horrible company! How can people even have a website that can scam people!

STOP! Do not buy from Snowverb!!! The company holds the customer responsible for return costs BUT neglects to say returns are to be shipped back to China until you need to return. I would've never made my purchase if this was flagged in their return policy to begin with. The shipping label to China cost MORE than the item I bought. Sadly, stuck with a horrible snow suit that does not fit.

I will not recommend this site to anyone. They make return and exchange process so difficult and make the buyer pay for initial shipping and the return! O top of that the quality of their stuffs are not worth the listing price!

Fraud company! I ordered snow pants and they were way too small. When I started the return process I figured out that I have to send it to China to a private address and pay the shipping cost $27. There was no word in the return policy about dealing with an international company. When they got my return they also took $14 from my money as a "service" fee. I have never heard about such an untransparent unfair business. I tried to talk to the customer service - no response.

Really this is 0 stars. They scammed me out of my money. I returned the jacket and they did not refund me. Please do not buy from this place. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible

ZERO - NO STARS * DO NOT ORDER FROM SNOWVERB. THE ITEMS ARE FROM CHINA, PROBABLY MADE BY THE SLAVES IN THEIR INTERNMENT CAMPS. IT COSTS MORE TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA VIA CUSTOMS THAN THE ITEM IS WORTH. TOTAL SCAM!!! WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED.
