No customer service, totally unfair returning police. Bought an item it arrived 1 day before my travel and I couldn’t send it back as the company has a 7 days returning policy, try to get in touch with customer support, still waiting them to reply my email from 2 weeks ago.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered from them, and payed for expedited shipping that was meant to arrive in 5/9 working days its been over 3 weeks and no sign of he product. complete rip off and no sign of a refund, would not recommend at all!!

They didn’t send my order for weeks after ordering then would not let me return because it arrived too late for when I needed to use it. Never order again

Paying for shipping and returning. The snow bibs are poor quality. Thin and not water proof. They said free return but charged shipping fee for return.

Creap Chineese crap. Wore pants once and entire pocket blew out. Was a Christmas gift so was past refund window! AND you had to pay postage to return to China!!!!

DO NOT BUY anything from this company! I bought snowboard jackets and pants on the website. The size is way too large. I asked for return but they sent emails asking me to not return them and they can help me with exchange. There is no smaller size than S so I have to return them. Then I requested return again and they asked me to take pictures for the clothes to make sure there is no damage. I sent them pictures and they approved my return. I mailed the package and it was delivered in five days. It showed delivered on the UPS but they said they never received the package and didn't give me refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the UPS and they said the package was delivered but if the recipient didn't receive it then they don't know where it went. These clothes cost almost $300! So DO NOT BUY them!!!

I purchased a jacket for my son on Jan 14, 2022 and paid through Paypal. The jacket never arrived and tried many attempts to reach their customer service department for a tracking number or some kind if update, but never received a reply. We have now escalated the issue with Paypal to get our funds returned. Don't order from these guys, they are completely unreliable.

I give this place no stars. I brought I snowsuits for my snow trip and when I received my item, the item was too small. I asked for an exchange only to find out they don’t have anything that would fit me.. tried to ask for my money back. Couldn’t speak to anyone. Everything was threw e-mail. They wouldn’t send me the proper return sticker n wanted me to send it threw back to the post office which was 50 dollars.. they told me they wouldn’t give me my full refund only a certain percentage. This place is a scam and stole my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
