I got this ski jacket for Christmas and didn't use it until the beginning of February to go skiing. I have used it twice and the main zipper broke off. One of the Velcro pieces on the flap overlay of the main zipper is already coming off. Lastly, on the left arm there is a zipper pocket that has some stain that has become present around the whole pocket. I contacted Snowverb and they won't do anything because they go off the delivery date. They didn't even try to make anything right. There products are made cheap and sold at a price that doesn't represent the craftsmanship. Do not buy their products as they are inferior to competitors like North Face.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very suspicious. They required about 5 emails back and forth (with photos of the item to return) before authorizing a return. They said I had to pay return shipping and they were not at all clear about how or when I would be refunded. I’m very suspicious of this company.

The product fits odd. The pants are short and the jacket is long. Material and how is made is good quality. Customer service sucks! Takes forever for them to respond and get item refunded. Will have to dispute the charge in order to get my money back.

Using their size guidelines, I ordered women's snow pants style SMN-1820 in size large. They arrived rapidly but were clownishly too big. (I'm 5'4, 158 lbs., needing a 35-36" waist. These were SO big and long I looked like the Michelin man.) The package arrived without a shipping invoice, and it took tons of backtracking to find an order number. Like other customers, I also have had no response in the 7-day return window. When I tried by submitting my e-mail address and order number, the vendor didn't recognize them, nor did they respond to an e-mail to customer service. I'm stuck with a $104 pair of women's ski pants that don't fit and will not be ordering from them again.

They have got to get a better return policy. I bought a pair of $200 snow bibs for my kid. Gave them to her on Christmas and they are too small. They are ineligible for a return because it’s past 7 days. 7 freaking days for a return is terrible customer service. There are so many other options. Don’t use these guys

Less than 1 star if possible. I paid $40 extra for shipping and a week later still nothing its been in seattle for 4 days and hasnt moved. Order#29170 what a waste of money. If i knew they were just going to ship it normally and charge more i would just done the 10$ shipping.

Do not order from this company. You will regret it after you press submit. All of their items are in USD, which maybe I didn’t see until it was too late. However when dealing with the company CSR’s they were less then helpful, they don’t respond for 3-4 days after my submission, at that time exchange rates changed I lost over 25$ without even getting a product, I read some reviews on this company after my incident and it seems to be that this company does that purposely as a way for them to make free money off of you when you cancel your order. They tell you it’s not there fault that the exchange rate changed but you don’t get your full purchase cost back. So you have either 2 options, take the item from them which from my friend who returned her item as well got ripped off or you accept what you get and you lose money. Trust me Pay the money to Dopeshow or montec cause this company will rip you off 7 ways from Sunday! Stay away from this company if you value your money.
