I had to call a couple times to get the items in time for our event. Other than shipping issues the curtains are beautiful. Thank you.

Happy with the material and quality. Order the color samples as the webpage is not representative. Shipping notice was cut immediately, but the items did not actually ship for a week. But worth the wait. Ordered more ...

Easy ordering and fast shipping. But you have to pay a daily fee to have it send messages to your phone. makes it almost useless.

We ordered 2 Outdoor waterproof top & bottom grommets. Prior to ordering I had called the shop & left a message w/a couple of questions on a Sunday evening, I loved that Krystal responded quickly by text & asked "what can I do for you" on a Sunday night! I later ordered the 2 panels & unfortunately I ordered the wrong color, I called & left a message asking how to proceed w/a return or exchange & again received a prompt text message, Krystal resolved the issue all through text. I appreciate getting prompt responses & great customer service. I love the product & quality for the price & definitely will refer Snowcity to family & friends & will be ordering more curtains in the near future.

We wanted outdoor privacy curtains for the hot tub, secure at the top and bottom. We found these at snowcity at a very reasonable price. I found them to be substantial and well made. We got them fast. We put them up right away and we are very happy with the product. Thanks.
