I bought the snoreRx plus directly from their website. Paid 99.99 + 10.95 shipping. I tried it out for several days and it did not work for me. So, I tried to return the item. I followed all the directions on the website, filled in their form, and mailed it back to the address they instructed me to. I have proof that it was delivered to them. that was two weeks ago, no refund received. So, I tried calling them, no answer; now I've tried calling several times without any answer. Sent emails. No answer. the company and the return "guarantee" is a scam.

There is a 30 day guarantee as per website. I used the return request form 2x. I used their contact forms 2x. I called customer service and left several messages. I am within the 30 day window. I guess I’m stuck with a device I’m not going to use.

Haven’t delivered the product and not following up on emails that have been sent to the team

Literally no technology plastic garbage that must cost about $1 to manufacture in China. Do not waste your money!

Terrible product. Terrible company. Says it ships in days and took over a month. Returned ridiculous product and company will not provide a refund. Do NOT Buy this product!!!

SnoreRx is a miserable, greedy, and misleading company. I purchased a SnoreRx Plus product for her directly from the company. She was out of the country at the time. On her return, she looked at the packaging, and noticed a long list of contraindications for the product. As a result, she could not use the product. Nowhere on the website were any of these contraindications listed. When she tried to return the unopened and unused product, the company refused as it was outside of their 30 day return policy. Avoid this company and its products at all costs. They are not reputable.

I tried ordering the plus and somehow got charged for 2 regular ones. I called at least 10 times with no answer, left several voicemails and emails to cancel and no response Very VERY poor service. I am just returning them and unfortunately have to pay for shipping! Also, only place I used my CC online and I got a fraudulent charge on my card for $400 at Walmart.com the following day. DO NOT ORDER

Have attempted multiple times to contact via phone and email to inform them I received the incorrect device. Ordered a Snorex Plus and paid for a Snorex Plus;however, received the regular Snorex and it doesn't work. Want a refund.
