Sent item back, can not get refund, no one answers phone, only form stule replies. Filed complaint with BBB. But looks like I’m out of $100 and a device. Shame on me and shame on SnoreRX.

I’d rate this a zero if I could. The device itself was garbage. Now the return process is an absolute joke. I’ve been waiting over 20 business days for a refund. They refuse to send it and claim they can’t find the package. DO NOT BUY

Plus was horrible. So bulky, and my tongue fell further back in my mouth when I attempted to wear it, making it hard to breath at all. They make it hard to return and make you pay for the return label. Fancy packing and “bite features” make for a convincing scam.

My order was acknowledged 10 days ago with a message that they’d let me know when en route . Nothing received. Two emails sent , acknowledgment of both , we will get back to you … still waiting.

HORRIBLE! I fell for the marketing. It "sounded" legit. Instead it was a HUGE waste of money. It did not help at all with my snoring. All it did was cause mouth/jaw pain. Unfortunately I realized too late I was outside the return window and got cheated out of $160 (again fell for the marketing and bought 2 of these).

I purchased a device but it never arrived and tracking info shows it was returned to sender over 2 weeks ago, but they have not issued a refund. They never answer the phone and have not responded to an email I sent a week ago.

I purchased 2x devices for the price of one during the promotion they had on black friday, I recieved the item mid December 2025. This is just another marketing gimmick, its impossible to sleep with this device on, I tried it for 10 nights and couldn't do it. When I emailed them to return it they gave me the instructions on how to do it, after my return it took 1 month for them to reply to me only to tell me I am not eligible to return it, so they essentially made me pay the return shipping (one of the items was still new sealed in the box) then they kept the item and didn't refund my money, I filed a chargeback with my CC for this. Terrible scam company with a good marketing team. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Does not work at all. Yes, you can fit the device to your teeth however it stays in a locked close mouth position so when sleeping and your mouth falls open, the guard does nothing when calling for customer support. You just leave a voicemail, no one answers. Video show the upper portion of the device in the lower portion of the device somehow separating, but there is no instruction on how that happens and I cannot figure out how to do that without just breaking the device. Complete fraud. Do not waste your money.
