The mouthguard kept falling out of my mouth when I was sleeping. I boiled it a second time, and it still did not fit. I returned the product. A month later I contacted them and they told me there was nothing in the box and they would not issue me a refund. What a scam! Even if you return the product, they will not issue a refund.

Would give it zero stars. Utter garbage Ordered the device. Ran my card. No device nothing. Write multiple times. Nothing. File a complaint. Device shows up three weeks later. Send it back. Unboxed and unused. Nothing. Cut me off and refused to communicate. 800 number rings on end. The worst. Do not buy this thing.

Paid Order Not Delivered – No Clear Shipping Confirmation or Customer Support I am filing this complaint regarding an order I placed directly with SnoreRx. I purchased a SnoreRx Plus on August 11, 2026, under order number KURCWRQSS9Q5RYKA, for a total of US$121.94, to be delivered to Brazil. SnoreRx provided the USPS tracking number LS020289096US. However, I have not been able to confirm a recent physical movement of the package through the postal system or clear evidence that the package was actually handed over to USPS for shipment. I have contacted SnoreRx several times requesting specific information about my order, including: Whether the order was actually shipped; The exact date the package was physically handed over to USPS; The current physical status of the shipment; The expected delivery date. On September 8, 2026, I sent two additional emails requesting an urgent clarification regarding the status of my order. Unlike previous contacts, I did not even receive the automatic acknowledgment email from SnoreRx after these two messages. I understand that international shipments can take time. My complaint is not simply about a delayed international delivery. My concern is the lack of transparency and the inability to obtain a clear answer about an order that has already been paid for. I am therefore requesting that SnoreRx provide: Confirmation that order KURCWRQSS9Q5RYKA was actually shipped; The exact date on which the package was physically delivered to USPS; The current status and location of the shipment, if available; A realistic estimated delivery date; If the order has not actually been shipped, a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution. I am filing this complaint in good faith and would prefer to resolve this matter directly with SnoreRx. I honestly wish that I would have done better research before purchasing from this website. I purchased 2 SnoreRx Plus mouthpieces on 8/15/2026. Today, 9/6/2026, after several unanswered phone calls & emails, I am still waiting to receive this product. I will add this comment on the BBB in hopes that others do not fall for this scheme. I cannot believe that this website has not been taken down yet, so others are not taken advantage of. Hopefully the word will be heard soon!

It’s a scam. You place your order and you never hear back from them.

Wish I would have checked Trustpilot first. The mouth piece is horrible. Hard plastic makes it unbearable to wear at night. Completed my return and they have never credited my account.

The SnoreRX plus caused me more harm than good. I tried to adjust to it, for weeks. My jaw was so sore I couldn't close my mouth normally for days. And the device was so bulky and annoying that I woke up even more and had more disrupted sleep. Then on top of that, the customer service was rude and showed zero empathy, and just cited their return policy instead of offering any solutions or resolutions. Terrible experience, will never consider this brand agian.

Placed order. Never received. No updates or response to my multiple emails. Pure scam!
