We got my dog’s collar from Sniff & Bark back in 2023 and it still looks great, cleans easily, and gets many compliments from people who see us out and about. Love it!

I couldn't be more pleased with the collars and leash I bought from Sniff & Bark. They construct each product beautifully with high quality materials. Plus I can't overstate the adorableness of the bows and flowers... They look so cute on my dog. The one time I had a question an executive contacted me to answer, not a customer service agents. They have a wonderful FB group where people share the antics of their pets and ask product questions. The volunteer moderators always do their best to make sure concerns are seen by the right people in a timely manner. My dog couldn't be prouder (ok, it's me that's proud) to sport such cute accessories from an all female owned business.

Do NOT shop here! It is a complete MESS of a store that is POORLY operated and run! As soon as they receive your payment/$$ they will ghost you and not respond to any emails (which is the only way to contact them). And if you’re lucky to get your shipment it will take 3 weeks to get. Just a complete mess!

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my money and never received product. Said they would reship, but that was a month ago and they stopped responding to my emails.

Dana
Cute products POOR quality. I have purchased 4 collars and every time, within a year the spring in the clasp breaks. They will NOT replace (citing it's a general "wear and tear" issue). The best they will do is give you a discount on your next purchase. I do not recommend the bow tie collars. They are overpriced and do not warrant the cost given the poor quality. (If I could upload images I would.)

This small company is overpriced and does not offer returns and exchanges. Poop bag + leash + harness was $80 with a 20% discount… not worth it.
