Hi James, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — but after reviewing our recent shipping records, we were unable to locate an order under your name for a pair of size 10.5 Jordan 4 “orchads.” Could you please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number or the email you used to place the order? We take all concerns seriously and are more than willing to investigate this thoroughly and provide a clear explanation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we hope to hear from you soon so we can take care of this properly.

Your journey from a 1-star review to a 5-star update honestly made our whole team smile — thank you so much for taking the time to share it. We know how frustrating it must have felt in the beginning, not receiving a response or tracking update. That’s not the level of service we aim for, and we're truly sorry for the initial stress it caused. But hearing that everything turned around, your shoes arrived, and that you love them — that means everything to us. It reassures us that our ongoing efforts to improve communication and logistics are paying off. Your trust and understanding gave us real motivation to keep going. We can’t wait to serve you again, and next time, we’ll work even harder to deliver a 5-star experience from the very start. Enjoy your sneakers! 👟💙

We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment — this is absolutely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. We want to clarify that all products shipped from Sneakersfanatics go through multiple quality checks, and we source our inventory through established international channels. While our team is based in Canada, our logistics partners and warehouses span multiple regions, including Asia, which may sometimes create confusion. That said, we take claims of product issues very seriously. We understand how passionate sneaker collectors are — especially about iconic models like the Jordan 4 Bred — and we never want to let anyone down. If your issue hasn’t been fully resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us again at [email protected]. We’re more than willing to re-review your case and discuss further steps, including return options or a full refund if appropriate. Thank you for your feedback — even though it’s critical, it helps us improve. We're committed to making things right for every customer.

We’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration caused. Please rest assured: we are a legitimate platform, and your order has absolutely been shipped. The reason your FedEx tracking initially shows Korea is because, in our global fulfillment process, some shipments are dispatched from Asia, even though our company and operations are based in Canada. This is part of our strategy to offer unbeatable prices by working with trusted partners around the world. That said, the carrier remains FedEx, and the tracking is valid. Due to customs inspection delays and international shipping congestion, some FedEx tracking numbers may not show updated status immediately, especially if the parcel is in pre-clearance or awaiting handoff. We completely understand how concerning this can be. We’ve recently received similar feedback from a few customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The customs clearance process has been unusually strict and slow in the past few weeks, which has affected tracking visibility. It’s been a challenging time on our end as well, but we’ve already taken steps to resolve this issue. 👉 Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number. We’d be happy to: Reconfirm your tracking status Refund your shipping fee And offer a small compensation for the trouble caused. We appreciate your patience and ask you not to hesitate to reach out. We are here and ready to help—every single customer matters to us. Thank you again for your understanding.
