The shade for the rear window is bent out of shape and I cannot get it straight. I have followed the video but No luck. Every few days i try again. This needs to sit in the clips and currently it will not. These are a Christmas present so i am hoping i get it straight by then. These are not cheap and I would expect the product to come in usable condition.

After spending over $100 on shades that where suppose to fit based of my car model I have been speaking to robots in order to get my full refund. Please be aware that no one responds to customer service. You will email someone and will never hear back from someone. I’m still waiting to hear back a sits been 3 weeks Don’t waste your money on this garbage look else where you’re better off looking through Amazon for better deals.
