The rep is very nice and professional but the tools are very overpriced and the quality of cordless tools such as the 1/2 inch drive 18v impact it not good.

I won't by anymore tools from any tool trucks anymore it seems like as soon as you pay them off they never come around anymore so now it's hard to get any tool fixed or replace

Spanners and ratchets, that's it. Everything else is pure garbage. I bought the half inch and quarter inch impact driver a year and a half ago. The half inch came faulty. Aperently there was a problem with the one of the mills that makes the hammers. Wouldn't undo a nut set to 60nm. Is meant to have 1900nm break away. Was sent back and fixed but had to wait a month. The quarter inch both batteries that came with it have gone down. A year and a half! So much for lasting a career. Over £1000 of pure s**t. Buy milwaukee people

So being a mechanic I have unfortunately bought some electric tools off snapon and regretted it a year later. It seems that their 14.4v range is designed just to last over a year. My 3/8 impact gun made it just over a year as did the electric ratchet. Good luck getting them to come and and send off for repair to, our local snap on dealer doesnt come anymore unless you spend £200 a week. I've gone with Mac tools now much better customer service and 3 year guarantee instead of 1 year on snap ons.

i have spent a fortune over the years with snapon but i dont spend large amounts these days and as a result the van not longer visits even when hes in the area as a result i have no service back up i am clad i did not buy any scan tools from snap on i never get got a clear price from him any way i now buy my tool need elsewhere now it a shame but there it is .great tools poor service

Snap on emmition machines on mot bay are total con. Their calibration in uk us closed on sat. No 24 hr help line from snap on. Machine stops working before calibration date. I have lots of revenue by having a snap on emmition tester. Please avoid snap on brand for mot over all. UK customer service is too laid back. Avoid avoid avoid. Buy another brand you be happy. Best mot.
