Snap on is the best and there customer service is top notch hands down, my father uncle's and I have been buying snap on since the mid 70s nothing comes close never had a tool fail and if I did have an issue with a tool snap on customer service has always taken care of me fast, we are a snap on family for life.

I want to take a moment to give a shout of praise to my local Snap-on tool guy!! His name is Nathan Cory and he services the Knox and Sullivan County areas of Indiana. I have dealt with him over the years and not only do I receive excellent service but he is always pleasant to be around!! I don’t buy much anymore because I’ve slowed down due to my age but I am still greeted with same good service!!! Thanks Nathan and may God continue to bless you! I contacted snapon today about their warranty policy . They gave me the number of the truck operator for my area . I rang him and explained that I had two snapon sockets that were probably over 30 years old & they had split down the side . He arranged to meet up , same day . I gave him the old ones , he gave me the new ones & thanked me for my custom . You can't beat that for service , a genuine lifetime warranty . The truck owner was Chris from snapon Bunbury .

I won’t use any other ratchets other than Snap On after having 2 other brands (other tool trucks) fail on me causing physical damage to me. I’ve yet to purchase anything from them that is subpar, and my dealer is top notch, even taking care of warranties on tools I own, but didn’t buy from him. Corporate has been easy to work with when I’ve needed to directly contact them. I have nothing negative to say about the company, my experience has always been positive.
