I was getting next to nowhere on Snap Mailbox until I connected with Allie. She has been helping me for the last 3 days. I feel I am just beginning to get it. I have plans to call her again tomorrow concerning something else! She really was able to explain to me how to download, achieve the services that I needed, get my mail easily and more.

Had an issue with a subscription and the folks over at Snap Mailbox (Rue) were super helpful and expeditious with addressing the matter. Emailed me within 10 mins and received a phone call to confirm. In the future I may use them if i need this type of service.
