Notary services are not good at all.

Worst Experience......I am a first time user for a "virtual office" service such as this and this has been the worst experience and I will not be using these type services again in the future. I only gave this service 1 star because the CSR reps made me think that they cared about the fact I've not received any mail for my business in 3 months. Blaming this issue on being "short staffed" and the USPS mail being slow which is ALL unacceptable. I will be canceling this service going forward. So for anyone "thinking" of using this service - How this works is, the mail is received(in a centralized location)....then later uploaded into your account but if there are ANY address issues or other misc hiccups you can forget about ever seeing your mail. Do not use a virtual address service, instead your better off using another "physical address" type service where you or your assistant can go get your physical pcs of mail. This type service is too hidden and the information provided to you if you have an issue as to where your mail actually went instead of your account is limited in what the CSR reps can tell you because the physical mail goes to a centralized location.....and later uploaded(sorted) (IF the worker(staff) is available or can figure out) which mailbox account the mail goes into. Please be aware when choosing this service; "How important is it to you to receiving your mail"?

Absolute Waste of Money - Use USPS instead Not only did it take more than a week for Snap to verify that my CMRA was set up (including the digital notary I paid $25 for), it has been four weeks and I have not received a single piece of mail. I have verified with USPS that the change of address was completed, and I verified with a sender that they mailed correspondence to my new address three weeks ago. There is absolutely no way it should take 21 days for a letter to arrive. Upon googling the address, I learned that my virtual mailbox is actually a PO box in a USPS location. I don't know what kind of scam this is, but I would give it -5 stars if I could. You are much better off paying for a PO box and signing up for Informed Delivery FOR FREE at USPS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

***BEWARE***I would give zero stars if I could. I was recommended to sign up for this mailbox through swyft filings. I notarized and did everything correctly on my end. None of the mail actually forwards. They charged me the $29 fee 3x last month and again this month after I've asked for it to be canceled. Customer service just ignores me... as well as for swyft filings. They take no responsibility. I had to have the charges disputed because after 2 months of trying to contact someone I've still gotten no response from snapmail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Got this through a third party website for a small company. Cost is $30 per month. Every time you want to ship your post to get it home it is another $5 to $30 depending on how fast you want it. Two really big concerns: 1) Letters are collected locally and shipped to their receiving center. This takes two weeks or more. 2) After you decide to ship you mail ($8 for USPS 2day) a shipping label is created pretty fast but it takes 2-3 days before the mail is received by USPS. Add another 3 days for delivery and you may get you post after four weeks. Since this was too slow for me I changed to UPS local post box (with real street address). One more thing: A letter with a credit card came opened - opening was NOT requested.

This is literally the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I signed up through swyft filings (another joke of a company) They do not respond to anything, emails, calls, website inquiries, prodding from swyft, nothing. Simply try calling and see what it is like before you spend a dime with them.

Cannot contact this company. Called everyday for a week multiple times. Sent emails with no answer. Cannot get mail forwarded. Cannot get it scanned. Nothing other than notifying me they have my mail. Worst scam ever. Signed up via swyft filings. Stay away from both.

Snap Mailbox does not care about your business, I pay for mail service and do not receive my mail ! every time I receive an email stating that di have new mail I open it just to find it dated two months back! my MAIL IS TIME SENSITIVE! I just received two, one dated March 18 and March 25!!! we are in June! I cannot even respond to these letters from government offices because I have passed the deadlines! this happens over and over and over!! I want to scream! and no-one calls me or responds or frankly gives a crap! they just take my money every month!! the owner of SnapMail should be embarrassed and ashamed!
