Ms. Jessah Nobleta is a gem! SnapMailbox is very lucky to have her. I do not like the level and quality of todays customer support. I feel as a society and workplace, we have abandoned the old adage "The customer is always right." Heck today it is the opposite in almost every interaction I have. Running several small business and being a bootstrapper, I have several of these interactions weekly and Jessah Nobleta stands out as an outlier. I hope the execs at Snap Mailbox sees this and compensates her accordingly.

Whenever I encounter issues or require clarification on charges, I reach out to Grace through the live chat, and she consistently provides invaluable assistance. I rely on this website for my business, and it has proven to be the perfect solution. While mail delivery may take a bit longer, the overall service deserves a stellar 5-star rating. Hanna, Grace, and Jessah were all very helpful. I was very upset because I got a package forwarding fee of $93, like how?! And so I declined the charge and reached out for an explanation. I had the auto-forward setting on, so I didn't get to choose a shipping option. They just go with a default. When I asked about it, they were able to turn off the auto-forwarding and give me options to ship my packages cheaper. I was able to cut it down to 50% of the original cost. Much more reasonable. Thank you!
