No issues in receiving order, came faster than expected. Works well but it is a little distorted. Will still get great use out of it

I ordered the SnaplyLens phone camera monitor kit which was delivered August 3rd and was hoping to use it for teleprompter recording, but ran into a persistent audio and video lag when pairing it with a Bluetooth microphone that made it unusable for that purpose. When I reached out to support, they had me troubleshoot (checking screen mirroring settings, sending a screenshot) but never resolved the actual issue. The bigger problem was the return process. Their site advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but when I asked for a return and refund, I got no response. I followed up again a week later and still heard nothing back. It's been over a month now with 7 separate requests and no reply, no return label, and no refund information. I wanted to like this product, and the idea behind it is good, but a satisfaction guarantee doesn't mean much if support simply stops responding once you ask to use it. I'd think carefully before ordering if a smooth return process matters to you.

It met my expectations but a couple of things: 1) it does suck battery life from the phone so if you are filming, need to keep it charged and 2) there is lag time with the SnapyLens screen compared to how you are actually moving which was a bit disappointing. But otherwise it does the job so you can angle the phone properly using back camera.

I love this product...I just wish it was larger because I have bad eyes. But, ima still going to use it!

SnaplyLens really helps me capture what I want with the back lenses. I would rate 5 stars but the instructions to set up are not perfect and are a little confusing to get the touch screen to work. Sometimes the touch response is a little slow but still gets the job done.

Big Upgrade for vids

It will not work with my iPhone. It doesn’t connect. I’ve tried to connect it through Bluetooth and screen mirroring neither option works. When I tried to send it back I had to humor through hoops. The wanted me to send a recording of what it was doing. I would not recommend.

Really good product and arrived on time aswell!
