Hi there! I really enjoyed the seminar...didn't stick around for lunch or the free gifts but the first part had great energy and enthusiasm...that being said, I was looking for information regarding business or "the rent to renovate" level and unfortunately all the information seemed to be around the "snap flip" which I already understand enough to know I don't want anything to do with that post 2007-8 so yeah, just not my cup of tea. That being said our speaker came across as slightly condescending when he kept telling the group to "take out our pens and write this down". To be brutally honest, I resented it and thought he was kind of a douchey. Anyhoo, wish y'all the best in whatever it is you do! Happy New Year, I plan on making this year count and wish the same for y'all. Cheers! Mark

I am just beginning my business, but without the knowledge they have provided I would never have even begun this. The energy Andrew has and his willingness to share are priceless. Seminar a hype for getting people to sign up for something 90% will never successfully be able to do. Making lots off poor people who really can’t afford the tuition and pressure to pay now. Then brought in others to try to sell on Day Trading training and rude to audience too boot. HGTV should not let these guys promote themselves as stars from their program...con artist, more like it.

The funding opportunities alone are worth the training fee. I can't want to submit a bunch of places to the deal desk. The cost of money savings are superior. Plus, you have a variety of exit strategies built into the system. That's great, because my target area has some lucrative buy and hold rentals that I'd like to own myself ,after my first flip or two.or twenty five. Think BIG ..lol I always do I m very happy to become a part of this fine organization. D Mc

Danny and Drew were not there. They should have told us all that up front. There is no MP3 with real earphones like in the picture. It's about a cracker jack box imitation look alike plastic little thingy. NO book, no thumb drive with resource materials, no mention of a computer laptop. And no CD's (find them, hand them off and get paid) for every attendant mentioned on their site. Wow, is that legal? They did their pitch (cut a 90 minute presentation to 70 and 2 speakers, the presenter said he had to rush and so did the second presenter) to get all the poor people's money and it was over. Rolled us in and out. Oh, and breakfast was an (probably not real) egg sandwich with no meat a cold piece of american cheese and an apple and yogurt. Too many things were crocky. It's another scam to get money from poor people so they can continue buying properties and getting rich in my own opinion, while the poor continue to battle poverty. Another get money scheme. They did say you won't get rich. I guess that was to make us feel like it wasn't a scam. The speaker presenter spoke and got ghost. Although I think it's a brilliant idea to pool money and buy property, I am unenthused by the method. The staff and speakers were very impersonal and programed. I felt unconnected and herded. We looked up and it was over they began to herd us out. I looked so forward to this event, thinking it would look like the one on their site. I'm guessing that's the $1157 3-day course they offer at the end. Why can't people just be truthful...oh, I know because people wouldn't attend. Got it! Good luck with that. Thanks but no thanks!
