Wasnt impressed and for you to have 5 minutes to decide on giving them 1000 dollars for the classes just smelled of a scam plus no one that took the classes got anything out of it and no one I know who took the class ever got a house bought for them by this company and soooo many people have suffered from this rather than succeeded. The only true success stories are the owners of the company who can get you to buy their program for 1000 within 10 min time. Now thats talent. We got our money back. Would rather go invest in a real situation where reviews reflect what people are actually gaining and how the program has actually worked for them. This was a joke and Kevin O'Leary never came out and the whole time this was suppose to be a seminar with him speaking not some souped up scam company pushing a real estate agenda. My friend thats a hedgefund manager on wallstreet warned me against going and laughed at me when i told him i would be attending but ive always had major respect for Kevin O'leary and wanted to see for myself and as my friend stated this was a big huge scam. Save yourself the trouble and if you did get scammed and invested you have 3 business days to get your money back. This scam is aimed at poor people who really cant afford to take the chance and on top of it get nothing out of it. Smh. Shame on these guys. How do they sleep at night. Oh probably awesomely on someone elses money, but not mines! 😂😂😂😂

Scam Wow! I’m in tears writing this review. I signed up with Snapflip because I thought it would be my ticket to retirement. I attended the one day workshop in Ky. Found out the cost to attend a three day workshop was $995. That’s right 9 hundred and 95 dollars. This was supposed to be my ticket to retirement, so I robbed peter to pay Paul as the saying goes to attend the workshop. I was all in and thought that the information was very good information. The way that the information was presented my partner and I and everyone else in the workshop knew that we would walk out the workshop with a deal. A sale of a house or something. But nope, i walked out puzzled, I felt like I was raped. I didn’t have that type of money to throw away. Well, when you pay the $ Nine hundred dollars and attend the 3 day workshop, on the second day which is decision day, we thought decision day meant which type of deal we were going to get help with. NOPE! Decision day meant if you were going to sign up for the $28,000 continuation class to receive what was promised doing the three day workshop when you paid 9hundred95 dollars. I feel so bad, what kind of world do we live in? There were single moms, men who had lost the retirement savings, young and old people AND WE all lost $995.00. What kind of people would do this? This email will probably be deleted, if it is shame on you! What if it was your mother, sister, brother, son or daughter.

Actually I noticed that all 5 star reviews on this page are only about the seminar, but did they help anyone to actually flip houses? Nobody mentioned it! Also free seminar is about pushing you to sign for a 3 day seminar for $1000, they are talking about it for several hours but won’t give you any knowledge about flipping or real estate. I am highly disappointed that HGTV stars along with Kevin O’Leary put their names on this snap flip scam ! Do your research before you sign for it ! I have a feeling that one day I’ll see this company in “American Greed” TV show.

I went to the free "dinner" on 2/4/19. What a joke. I was told there would be a meal, I was told there would be free gifts and I was told that I would learn all I needed to know at this "dinner". That was not the case. I never received the gifts, after 2 hours there still was no sign of the meal and NOT ONE PERSON even offered me a glass of water. I went for to the "dinner" at 5:30 p.m. and left at about 8:00 p.m. When I left there was still no sign of the promised "dinner" that turned out to be a cold sandwich and some chips according to some friends of mine that stayed. This was one of the biggest waste of time that I have experienced. The infomercial that prompted me to attend was nothing but a 30 minute long lie. the only reason they have you there is to sell you a ticket to a 3 day seminar for about $1000.00.

I just got out of a 3 day seminar and it was horrible! I paid $1500 how to "Snap Flip" and all I got was pressure to commit to buying a bigger purchase of $30,000. There were no tools or steps to get me through a snap flip at the seminar. Total joke and scam : (

Stay Far away from this Utah Based Company, They scam people by advertising a 1 day seminar which they sell you when you attend a 3 day course for $1147.00 . Then when you are the 3 day Seminar with them they dont allow you to check the internet or take any picture or record them. They are a scam , They do the advertising under Snap Flip which i am shocked Danny and Drew would even put there name to this company because they are ruining there reputation with this company which is called Response Marketing Company. They are being investigated by the BBB of Utah for so Many complaints for taking peoples money and not producing what they promise. There packages run on the 3 day course for the Diamond Package of $37,000.00 and then then Diamond Elite for $24,997.00 and then Platinum for $19,997.00 . The reason for the price difference is that they say they will come to your city and help you do deal , But they Never show up They also tell you they have software and their software is way out of date. The caparison software is very out dated. DO you self a favor stay far away from Snap Flip also known as Response Marketing . I attended the seminar in Wichita, KS on 11-9,10 and 11 and after doing some research, they have no phone number or address listed in their printed literature. Please be careful of this group, they are smooth and hotel where they held seminar, doesn't have phone number for them either. If anyone needs more information, call me 316-305-2345.

Plan on spending a lot of money to do this.....So this is only for people that have money now......in no way do i have the $1497.00 to pay for this upfront.....it sounds good and send like a good thing but CANNOT afford to pay for it like that....
