So... they want you to fork over $1500 by CC that nite. go to a 2-3 day workshop. buy and sell a house in 30 days making a good profit. And borrow their money for about 2% for 30 days ( up to 15% if longer), plus lawyers and closing$... just a thought here: their "booklets" have no company/corporate name, publisher, address, phone number.....? This sounds perfectly good to me. You????

I enjoyed the presentation. Hope to join you guys when I get my 1500 tuition. Thanks for the experience.

All the information was awesome and I was really interested in starting and attending the Aug 3 class The only problem is you guys wanted all the money upfront or half and sometimes people don’t have that you guys have to have other payment options or plans because some people can’t afford 1200 or 600 but they can do 200 300 400 so I suggest you guys come up with other payment options and the payments could be paid before the class of course but not letting someone sign up for a class if they don’t have 1200,600 is kinda messed up. You guys can always come up with a No refund policy if a person doesn’t come up with the whole amount of money two weeks before te class. But if someone is telling u I can pay in 2 weeks and u say No kinda of **** up. If u guys really were so broke before u started the program u guys should understand . & the little comment about someone attending just for a Starbucks card is so unprofessional and uncalled for. You guys advertise free stuff u shouldn’t throw it in people’s faces. Just saying “being a little too cocky”..... Wayne was awesome tho!!!! No complaints there 😜

Basically disappointed. Again, you don't get anything for free and thus, be sure you have $1147.00 sitting in your bank account because you need to attend a 3 day training course. Next, you'll get reimbursed 1000.00 of the 1147.00. Now, don't expect lunch! Don't expect the 60.00 Starbucks gift certificate implied on the commercials either. We all arrived early like they told us to but never got lunch and I was starved by the time I left! No gift card either. So, if your still in, good luck (I think you'll need it because if they can't tell the truth about the basics, what are they lying about next???)

Yes !!? The only thing i feel everyone was confused about is that??? From your TV advertisement!!. Doesn't associate withe the event. Because here it is Drew comes and does his speech and he's speaking on what we see on the TV Advertisement, we look for house, take pictures of the houses and receive a fee. And the 1st 50 receive a lab top . finding vacant house or any property thats for sale. Not coming to learn about real State. Paying for any classes. Even. Dough we loved Mr. Wayne Brady. We thought he was very informative. It just left everyone. Stuck on the reason we attended your SNAP FLIP EVENT.!!!.. PERSONALLY I FEEL ADDING MR.BRADY TO YOUR EVENT WASN'T A BAD IDEAL.. JUST MAKE SEPARATE. AND STICK TO SNAP FLIP ONLY BECAUSE. I VERY EXCITED TP JUST BEING ABLE TAKE YOUR PHONE OR A LAB TOP FIND BOARD UP. EMPTY HOUSE. OR. HOUSES FOR SALE WAS A GREAT WAY TO GET PEOPLE INTERESTED TO DO THAT FOR DANNY & AND DREW... SO THAT WAS MOSTLY WHAT IT SEEMS EVERYBODY WAS DISSATISFIED WITH. . I think the spokesman was amazing but unfortunately when I wanted to ask questions regarding the process, they wouldn't give me any information they said give me your credit card and I will answer your questions. He told me to move out of the way to let these other people through who didn't even sign up. well I was really looking forward to starting the the process. But since you guys weren't willing to answer my questions without the payment and I wasn't willing to give you a payment.
