I ordered my size in a shoe I’ve owned before. When I opened the box, I immediately knew they would not fit, but did try. They fit more like a 10/10.5; plus, the toe box seems different. Maybe counterfeit? Who knows. What I do know is that “all sales are final” and they sent me crap! I emailed and called, nothing.

Initially, I was excited to find my Olukai shoes on this site and thought I was getting a good deal. I placed an order for the Kona color. A week later, I received an email saying the shoes were mislabeled and were not Kona, but gray. I replied asking whether the size was still the same since the color was not a big issue. They confirmed in writing that everything was exactly the same except the color. Another week later, the shoes arrived and they were the wrong size. I ordered a size 10 and received a size 12. What made this worse is that the package included a form they filled out certifying that the shoes were the correct size. Customer service was frustrating. There is no phone support and communication is email only with delayed responses. After contacting them, they told me they could not send a size 10 because they supposedly did not have any in stock and that I would need to send the shoes back. I then found the exact size 10 listed on their website and sent them the link. Their response was to tell me to place a brand new order and send the incorrect shoes back. This experience made me very uncomfortable. It feels disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. Sending the wrong size, claiming items are unavailable when they are clearly listed, and asking customers to place new orders instead of fixing their mistake does not inspire trust. I would not recommend this company.

A couple of significant issues....buyer be aware. 1. Item purchased is not as described or how it appears in the pictures. 2. Item went on sale before I received it. Customer Service would not adjust the price accordingly. Bad service. This is my first order purchased. Never again. I would give it 0 (zero) stars if I could.

SCAM. Please don’t buy from here idk how they have good reviews. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered what I thought was a for love and lemons lace dress and it’s a complete scam. There is no lace on the dress it’s an ugly fabric with a for lemons tag on it. That has to be illegal.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I genuinely tried to resolve an issue politely and reasonably, and they refused to help in any meaningful way. I ordered what I believed was a Tory Burch Fleming Soft Bouclé Small Convertible Shoulder Bag. What arrived was something entirely different from what I intended to purchase. I immediately reached out, explained the situation, provided photos, and even offered to pay to ship it back and pay the price difference to get the item I thought I was buying. Instead of showing any level of customer service, flexibility, or basic fairness, they simply repeated that “all sales are final” and told me they would not help — even though this was clearly not a case of buyer’s remorse, but an honest purchase mistake during checkout. They hid behind policy rather than valuing a customer. A reputable company would work with a customer in good faith. This one did not. I would strongly caution others to think twice before buying — and double- and triple-check your cart, because if anything goes wrong, they will absolutely not help you. I will not be shopping with them again. Update: After several follow-up emails and pushing back, the company did ultimately process my refund. I returned the bag at my own expense, and the refund was issued afterward. While I appreciate that this was resolved in the end, it did require multiple communications to get there. I am pleased that this was fairly resolved.

Item arrived smelled awful and the sleeves on sweater were so stretch out. No returns accepted even with email.

Im still waiting for a pandora charm ordered 12.6.25. USPS has been holding this order in limbo for a week. Today is the 16th.USPS - I will never order from this site if this is their mode of delivery. I don't care how much it cost. I pray I get my charm as there is a no refund policy. Need for Christmas in Illinois.

Ordered a men’s Champion brand sweatshirt in large. Must be an irregular as the neck was faulty. High in front - less so in back. Side to side was a gap of 3-4 inches. Had Champion sweatshirts before. This is NOT how they fit. Of course they have a “all sales final policy”. So if you get a defective item you’re stuck. Beware this online retailer. They sell faulty or irregular merchandise.
