Horrible company. Product did not show up as promised and package did not protect the product. The company couldn't care less. Heed the warning, there is a reason the have only 3 stars. Unethical business practices.

I would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered a particular Isabel Marant skort in a different color than the one I own. I was looking for a size 38 and found one in the color ecru (I own the one in red). The photo looked exactly like my skort. When I received the item it was nothing like the photo in my order confirmation. It was a skirt with one ruffle at the bottom (in the photo there are tiered ruffles with one midway down the skort) and there was a zipper in the back instead of an elastic waist (like in the photo and my own skort I own in red). Also, there were no tags on the item, which tells me the item was used and not new. While Snagged and Bagged was responsive to my email, they also told me that if I wanted to proceed with the process then I needed to take a photo of the item I got and the packing slip and upload into the email. I've never had to take a photo of an item I got that was incorrect from other vendors. If that ever happened they would send me a prepaid shipping label and apologize for the mistake so I could return it. But I obliged and took the phots and sent them. The next email was really weird. I was told I could keep the wrong item and they would give me 15% off or I could return it for a refund and they included the shipping label. But they said that the item must not have been worn and all tags must be on the item. There were no tags at all. So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges since I now didn't trust this company. I wanted my money back and right away. My credit card company had no issues with sending them a letter and crediting my account, but said the merchant would have until May 18th to respond. When I emailed Snagged and Bagged about this I got a long email back stating that they didn't know why there were no tags or why I got the wrong item. I used their prepaid label and drove to the USPS place to return the item (using my own gas money and spending more of my time). Then I got another email the next day from Snagged and Bagged. The woman asked me to cancel the chargeback with my credit card company because they would not be able to issue me a refund if there is a chargeback. She also told me that their company will incur a $15 fee from my credit card company for the chargeback. Really? How about my wasted time responded to emails, taking photos of my item to prove it was the wrong one, and driving to USPS to send back their incorrect item? Do they not.care about my time and inconvenience? Then I read all these negative reviews on Trust Pilot with all similar experiences. Super shady business.

After emailing back and forth, for days I was drained. Their customer service is horrific. In Snagged & Bagged “about us” profile they state, “However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Customer-first support. If something feels off, our team is here to help quickly and with real empathy”. This is not true. After sending pictures and telling them the shoes have been worn sending them pictures of the bottoms and how they smelled like cigarette smoke, without giving me a chance, they gave me a 15% refund after I purchased two pairs of shoes and an offer for 10% off on another purchase. Why would I want to purchase again from this company? They were not even standing by what they said. After I declined their offer, days passed before they emailed me back. They told me this was a one time deal of “allowing” me to refund the shoes, told me I had five days to get it to them or else they would not return my money and I needed to pay for my own shipping. By the way, the address that they list online is not their real address. “You would be responsible for the return shipping to our address listed below. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed”. I paid $25 to gave these shoes shipped back to Snagged & Bagged 701 Northpoint Parkway Suite 515 West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Sad to have experienced this, but glad I can reach out to other people to let them know about their merchandise and Customer Service before they spend their hard earned.money.

The worst customer service! Do not buy from them!

My husband ordered me some Birkenstock sandals for my birthday and but got the wrong size. We have no option to return or exchange them so I’m stuck with sandals that don’t fit.

Would rate zero if I could. They sent me a defective item and when I told them about it they said all sales are final. Would rate zero if I could and I’m reporting them to the BBB.

Ordered an expensive bracelet. Paid. Company cancelled my order about one week later. Ordered a second expensive bracelet. Paid. Second order cancelled next day, won’t order again, also many items mirror items of poshmark seller that also canceled order of same item.

I purchased a zip up sweater from a contemporary designer (AMO) through Snagged & Bagged. The sweater arrived promptly but was clearly well worn, used, smelled badly and was misshapen from heavy wear. I reached out to customer service the same day and they asked me to send photos, which I did. They replied by refunding an additional $22 (for a $200 sweater) to pay for cleaning. When making a purchase from this site, I did not expect to receive used clothing. Otherwise, I would purchase from the Real Real where the items' condition is verified and clearly identified.
