I ordered a pair of boots order # 49711 and you canceled it. I just looked online and the same pair of boots are in stock at a different price. I believe you made a mistake in the order I placed but you should have honored it and followed through with the order. That’s not good customer service Very disappointing

They sent the wrong product. I ordered a high vis carhart zip up hoodie and the sent me a pull over high vis hoodie. I didn’t send it back because I don’t have time or the energy to deal with it.

Hat was damaged.

bought a shirt. credit card went through. got an email that they were out of stock. later credited my card back. it's 2 weeks now and they've had the shirt for sale for $40 more ... I think they just didn't want to honor the price. wrote them a letter, but no answer.

Fast shipping but I have contacted their customer service by phone twice and left voicemails, sent an email and filled out a form online for customer service and have not heard back. Edit: After posting this they did reply and were very helpful! Thank you!

I ordered a pair of shoes to replace another pair I loved. I received the shoes in a timely fashion in a broken box. While they were labeled 8 1/2 I put them on and they were falling off my feet and at least a size too large! I even measured them against my older pair and they were substantially longer in length. They were clearly mislabled. I reached out and left a vm and sent an email and have yet to hear back from anyone. The only thing that would make this right is to be able to return them as tese are clearly defective. I gave them 2 stars as I am hoping they will make this right and take them back.

VERY Delayed Shipping. Placed my order on the 19th and today is the 25th with still no updates as to when my order will ship or what is going on? I've tried contacting via multiple routes with no response. We are not in a holiday season, there are no hurricanes or extreme weather events occurring so it's ridiculous that I can't even get an e-mail back. I'm waiting for basic information. ETA: I was refunded and given an explanation. Not a great experience overall. The issue is that no one reached out to me before I tried contacting through multiple avenues. A quick "sorry for the delay and we're working on it" email would've gone a long way.

When I opens my package like two of the pins in the wrist ban were loose
