The product I ordered came in defective with the arm hole sewn shut. I could potentially fix it myself but was nervous to do more damage. When I contracted customer support the options to find a solution were not reasonable considering I bought the item for an event. I think they could have offered a better solution considering their product was faulty.

I ordered two pair of men's cowboy boots size 11. I ordered one dark brown pair and one light tan pair to wear with different outfits. What I received was two light tan pair of exactly the same shade and color. Identical! Snagged and bagged would not exchange or return the item and blamed it on the lighting when the photo was taken. So just know when you buy from them what you see may not be what you get and it may not be a good deal after. Good luck

First purchase with them did not go well. Bought a pair of billini heels. Box showed up majorly damaged. 1 heel I could tell was tried on at some point because it was not packaged nicely like the other heel. I asked for a exchange because I think I have a valid reason to want one regardless of their return policy, and they only offered 10% refund and said the box was only "minor" when it's major damage. So far not happy with their customer service, and would be nice if they did accept returns and do exchanges.

I found Snagged & Bagged while shopping for one-carat lab diamond stud earrings and was drawn in by the price. The listing said each stud measured .5 in both length and width but did not specify total carat weight, which made it appear each earring was half a carat. A one-carat photo was also used. I contacted customer service before purchasing to confirm the total weight and never received clarification. The earrings arrived as half-carat total weight. They are beautiful, but not what the description or photos showed. Customer service offered no accommodation beyond “final sale,” even when I offered to return them at my own expense for store credit. Final-sale policies are fine, but fine-jewelry descriptions must be precise. Pricing is good, but the product descriptions and customer service process need work.

Purchased a dress that was "New With Tags"to be given as a holiday gift. I received a dress that came in a rumpled ball with a hand written tag, and deodorant stains and loose buttons. Clearly worn. Their response "We can easily get this resolved for you! A damp wash rag with soap should be able to buff away the marks. With the condition in which your order arrived, we’re happy to offer a 10% refund to your original form of payment. The buttons are still secure on the product, but can be repaired." They sold me a used dress - and their only attempt to make it right was to offer 10%. UPDATE: This retailer did offer a full refund as a second option. Unfortunately, we did not have time to shop for/ship another dress, so opted to have it dry cleaned and button fastened. Overall, they were very responsive, and while they didnt accommodate more request for a $35 refund to pay for the cleaning/repair, they did offer to take it back. I personally wouldn't order from them again, but If you don't mind getting an item that may be previously worn or not in perfect condition, or you are willing to go through the hassle of returning/requesting a refund, they offer great discounts.

Sold item that was not available

They sent wrong size. Wants me to pay for new shipping cost for correct size. They created the problem, not me.

Purchased 10/09, still waiting on arrival. Very slow shipping
