The boots I ordered were not sized correctly.I ordered a 37 which is what I had ordered previously. It was the same boot and the same manufacturer just a different color. The boots I received were at least a size smaller. I am now going to have to give them to goodwill. I do not think anyone has that small of a foot. I will not purchase from you again.

Still don’t have my order!!! Very slow delivery!!!!

Purchased 3 pairs of jeans - same style and size and one of them was considerably smaller. This fact should have been made clearer that they cannot guarantee the items they are selling are labeled and sized properly. I’m thinking maybe the only reason that they are selling these in the first place is because they were labeled wrong and they are trying to offload them. They were Just Black jeans by the way. Anyhoo they will not exchange or refund because they say every sale is final - even if they are selling crap.

I do not write negative reviews unless something really went sideways - I was interested in an item and wrote to S&B to ask a question and was informed the item was packaged, ready to ship so S&B could not answer my question. Ok, so I purchased the item which was supposed to ship within 24-48 hours. Over a week later when I hadn't received tracking I followed up...3 times only to be informed S&B discovered after the fact the item had been damaged. How is it possible that it was "packaged, ready to ship" and then damaged? I gave S&B an opportunity to cure and they ghosted me. I honestly believe they never had the item available for purchase in the first place. There are plenty of on line stores to shop at. Please don't shop here

Terrible customer service! I will never order from them again. They sent a damaged item and said it was a final sale. Even though that is the opposite of what their policy says. BUYER BEWARE!
