I keep seeing items that I purchased that were refunded available on the website. Why were they refunded if still available in my size ?!?!

Poor quality goods and terrible customer care!

Wrong size. I need smaller. No returns or exchanges or store credit. What’s the point. Go to a store that will honor exchanges on sale items or at least you can try them on and see what’s your size before you buy!

I ordered size 39, but you sent me size 38; therefore, they’re too small. Your quality control person even initialed next to “All items are the: Correct size…” I’m now very concerned because the packing slip says “All Sales are Final”, so now what? This is your mess-up.

The shirt came crumpled in a ball with a red stain on the front. I’ve contacted Snagged and Bagged. with a photo. They contacted me -asking for a photo. I sent another photo. I have not received an answer. It’s shocking for anything to be shipped pot the way it was sent to me

Skirt not sized properly No returns Cheap fabric

Ordered 5 polo shirts using the filter set to 2XL. Received 4 2XL shirts and 1 Large. “Customer Service” would not allow a return. First and last time user.

The description stated the color of the glasses were brown. What i received was black. NOT what I was expecting.
