I changed my phone from redme to a brand new Samsung galaxy36 5g. The recording is crazy. Cleared cache, tried multiple headsets....even tried the old version of March 2025. Request you to look into the matter please and do the needful.

JUNK MUST pay for a subcription! I hate when it says its free only to find out its almost 10 dollars a month!!!!

It’s funny how the bad reviews have been rolling in consistently for years now, especially ever since smule laid off most of their dev team. Those app complaints are a true reflection of their toxic workplace - constant micromanagement, low pay, high stress and a CEO who gets rid of anyone who doesn't buy into his delusions. The platform had a nice covid boom, but let’s be real: a 15-year-old "startup"? It’s also not helping them knowing that they increase the subscription prices not because it is justified, but because they’d rather squeeze every cent of their user base before they finally go bankrupt. I'm glad consumers are finally seeing through it all. Hopefully, it stays that way.

Smule sucks and I recommend avoiding this app at all costs! If you have an underage child as we do, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT allow them to create an account and post on Smule. We are dealing with a nightmare as I write this and we have law enforcement involved due to a so-called user on Smule. ZERO 🌟Avoid!

Pathetic experience

bruthas... bruthas..... why the f can i acces SMULE by web browser, so i can use my good pc microphone? and webcam.. oh wait ... I CANT.. i can fing just use my phone.. lame

Even just two years ago, I would have rated this 5 stars. But this app and company have taken a major turn for the worse. Terrible updates that actively make the experience worse, insane payment schemes that are a total scam, a plain refusal to fix bugs that have been persisting for almost a decade... The support team, when not AI generating responses, send incredibly unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and borderline rude replies. I had nothing but good experiences with Smule support, which I contacted frequently for the 10+ years I've been singing on Smule, but as of the last couple of years, the quality has dropped severely. What is even going on over there anymore? This app was once great, amazing even, but now it's a shell of itself and a total disappointment. I only use it at this point because there's nothing better and it's where all my friends are.

I have been on Smule for a year and pay $10 monthly for their singing feature. Lately however when I attempt to post a song I sing to Facebook or Instagram, Smule denies followers to hear the song. I will cancel service!!
