The chair came quickly and wasn't too difficult to put together (and I'm an easily frustrated person). The one issue I have with the chair is that the handles which are adjustable are a little too adjustable for me. Because the chair itself is so heavy, you can't really move it around by grabbing one of the arms, because the arms move!

I bought 10 of the ergonomic high back chairs for my office. We have several employees with back problems, etc. and they have been a big hit. They arrived quickly after ordering and were easy to assemble. They are comfortable and supportive. We’ve only had them a few months so I can’t speak to how well they hold up, but so far would highly recommend.
