The master toilet was moving around when you sat on it. There was a gaping hole in the wall. Buggers on the bathroom walls by the light switches. All the walls were filthy and the drains in the showers were covered in mold. The carpets were filthy and had stains everywhere. They offered me one free ticket to dinner and my cleaning fee back because we had to clean it and buy supplies. Will never recommend this place to anyone. the property management office was just as bad. paint peeling off the building in chunks and the office was filthy.

From bad to worst experience We went to check into our first cabin and it was dirty no one had come in there and even cleaned it when they gave us the code to get in the cabin. We had to go to the rental office to get the code for another location where you have to walk down two flights of stairs just to get to the porch to go to the cabin. By the time we got settled after moving stuff from one cabin to the next it was too late to go out and enjoy our first evening in pigeon Forge Tennessee. When we called to report a problem maintenance was supposed to bring Remotes for the cable boxes we left specific instructions not for anyone to come in to our cabin while we were not home since we had our small dog with us we also had prescription medication and jewelry in our room and we did not want anyone in here while we were not here and yet is mantancie still came up into our room. When maintenance had to come back in our room on August 21 he was very rude and didn't even bother fixing the problem that we had with our Jacuzzi tub that was supposed to be in our king size room did not work and still the remotes are broken and the cable does not work properly I would recommend to anyone if they were wanting to stay at this property to seriously thank about it before they spend their hard earned money. My vacation has been ruined because I had to be so stressed out over the fact that my room was dirty when we first got here having to change to another cabin having someone come into Cabin when I was not home not having things fixed.The rental office will lie to you just to get your money so please take my review into it consideration I'm not telling you what to do but if you work hard like we do I would recommend you not staying here. Also after we complained about the problems the charged my credit card $150.00 & said We broke a trash can outside of cabin. This company does not care about their guests just their $$$$$. They said they had pictures and when we ask to see them we were told they couldn't find them. This company has very rude and disrespectful people working here. Nothing works right here in this cabin.

1.Office gives you a wrong address 1. Visitors can not even park their cars because of the roads that they made. So visitors have to park their cars in the middle of side drive of the cabin and visitors shouldn't trust the side drive of the cabin because if there is rain, your car will be fallen and hit the treas. 3. There is no internet connection " wi-fi" 4. There is no service. So if you have an emergency thing, you completely lost. 5. The company won't refund your money since you pay for everything even if did not stay in the cabin. 6. I don't recommend anyone to stay in a cabin if you go to Smoky Mountain. Just take hotel and everything will be good. Be away from Cabins people trust me....

Telling someone 23 day before the start their vac that the home owner has sold their cabin you have rented and they have no more pet friendly cabins. would not use this company poor way to run a business. They didn't offer to help find another cabin and had booked cabin 30 days earlier.

Me and my family stayed 5 nights at Elk Lodge. I don't even know where to start, I have to say this is definitely the worst cabin/worst rental agency we have ever stayed with. Being our 1st ever family reunion made it even worse. This cabin was just plain filthy, from excess pet hair all over the floor to the furniture, rugs to broken blinds, halfway falling apart furniture and dirty linen... I am not one to ever complain but this was just unacceptable. So I call to tell management and they sent the housekeeping crew out. The housekeeping crew was complaining about the management staff and how little they get paid and they don’t have enough time to clean everything.. "Saying management only pays them extra if the clients complains and they have to come back out". From the refrigerator not working to half way broken charcoal grills to the hot tub not working.. No follow up calls to make sure everything was working and fine. 5 days we stayed there and did I mention you have to haul off your own trash if you somehow overfill their 2 small containers.. Think about it, 5 bdrm, 5 bath.. room for 16 and 2 small trash bins (4-13 gallon bags would fill that) Oh and I found out about that the hard way, calling in again and being told they would send someone out to pick it up only to receive a voice mail that I would have to haul it myself, 30 minutes later. We made the best of our family reunion and had a great time in Tennessee but we will not be staying with this company again. If this one is this bad, I could only imagine the others..

This property has several issues. You might want to warn people that they will not be able to drive all the way up the driveway and will need to carry luggage up the steep incline on loose gravel. Someone who cannot walk well could not make it. Also the roof leaks in several places. During the storm last night we placed pots and pans in various areas to catch the drips. There is also black mold on the ceiling of the bathtub. There were no extra trash bags. and no dishsoap so we just did what we could with what we had. You might want to tell the housekeeper that the light shades are full of moths too. And I didn't get a chance to read the reviews before I rented it, so it may already be on there, but the renters should be aware that there is no cell signal or Internet access. This cabin is way overpriced for what you get considering all the other rentals available in the area that are much nicer and not outdated like this, and they cost less also.

Not properly maintenance property No soap,no washing powder , no shampoo,no conditioner , no hairdryer at the property At very scary place in the mountain Bad

No hot water until last day dust everywhere mold in air vents dirty dishes found panties in headboard of bed on last day after sleeping in bed all week customer service gave run around no urgency to help gave back two nights stay should have been all no wifi really sucked
