Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

It was great. We really enjoyed it. My kids enjoyed the games and the hot tube. The cabin is fantastic and really comfortable. 2 families can stay there without a problem . It makes me feel like I'm at home.

We had a wonderful time. Location was convenient for shopping, eating, and sight seeing. Our cabin was very clean and dog friendly for my 2 lb little Yorkie Lacy! The only problem was the TV had parental locks and could only watch PG channels in the living room area.

I absolutely loved staying in my cabin. I will definitely be staying there again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also fully stocked. Just like coming home for a peaceful weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved our cabin, Snuggled Inn! It was just what we needed and we thank colonial properties for helping us find it! They had lots of options to choose from and for everything done on time!

It was very simple to reserve. I'm ooking forward to our stay.

This will be the second time we have stayed with Colonial Properties. On our first stay, we had a problem with the rental unit, Colonial stepped up and moved us to another rental, which was an upgrade, at no charge. It was a wonderful staff, and they called to make sure everything was good. We will use them again and again. Thanks for making our stay in the Smokey Mountains Great.

I have stayed through them several times and each time it was very satisfactory. I prefer the condos because I don't like driving high up in the mountains. They are members of the BBB as well so that was definitely a plus as well.

The lady that I spoke to went way and Beyond to be very helpful and everything that I needed to know would definitely use this site again
