Help me and my family out after having a bad experience at Cabin USA for the. Holiday week

Colonial Properties was very helpful & responsive when booking our trip & throughout our stay. The cabin was named Mountain Magic. Beautiful, with the perfect layout for a large group. The only negative I have to say about the cabin was the microwave was broken & you had to adjust the door for it to work; the hot tub had to be worked with as well to get it to work properly; and the upstairs bedrooms do not have TVs. Otherwise it was great.

Everything was great, except the beds were so uncomfortable that we woke up both mornings with our backs killing us. I loved the location and the condo except the beds. We had a three bedroom and our bed and both the boys bed was awful.

the agency was easy to work with, and the cabin was very comfortable.

The "terms & condition" may be a little strict in the cancellation area. Or not very clear.

There are so many nice cabins to choose from and if you share the cost with someone else it is cheaper than a hotel and much nicer. Love the jacuzzi tub and hot tubs that most cabins offer. So many things to do in the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area.

MY WIFE AND I RENTED THE LAZY RIVER CABIN.IT WAS GREAT, PERFECT SIZE,IT IS WELL REPRESENTED IN THE PHOTOS. THE HOT TUB WAS CLEAN AND WORKED WELL.PLENTY OF SPACE.LOCATED OFF OF A SECONDARY ROAD,EASY ACCESS BUT LOTS OF TRAFFIC. ACROSS THE STREAM OUT BACK IS A UPSCALE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. YOU CAN SEE THE BACKS OF THEIR HOUSES AND THEY CAN SEE YOUR BACK PORCH. IT WAS QUIET. CLEAN AND I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN.THE EMAILS WITH THE KEY CODES WERE ON TIME,EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH. BONUS-IT IS 5 MILES DOWN THE ROAD FROM A MOONSHINE FACTORY .MY COMPLEMENTS TO THE STAFF THAT BOOKED ME AND UPSOLD ME AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT WHEN IT BECAME AVAILABLE.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
