Bridge to the cabin needs to be fixed. Those dips on either end are rediculous and could easilly tear up someones suspension. Thought that this was a secluded Cabin, by itself. Got there and there was another Cabin right next to us. Very little space for parking, not everyone has tiny cars, and with someone else at the other Cabin there was little room for my truck. Inside was nice, looked just like the pictures! Hot water was HOT!!! Decent water pressure and clean. Outside gutters need to be cleaned out, rain water is running over them and making the wooden deck slick. While checking out and taking things to my truck, I slipped on the deck and fell, landing on an already injured foot and elbow, and hit my head. That was not so pleasant. Over all a somewhat pleasant experience.

We had a great mini vacation at the cabin, situated in a very quite and peaceful location. We did have a couple of issues 1st, that when we arrived at the security gate the property office hadn't sent our conformation details so they would not let us through, problem soon solved with a quick phone call, 2nd, the cabin was not very clean, it had what looked like soot from the from the fire all over the living room ceiling, also dishes and cups were cracked and just the general cleanliness of the cabin wasn't very good with quite a bit of wear and tear throughout. This did not stop us having a great time hiking and exploring the surrounding towns and attractions, would definitely return to the Smokies.

The cabin was great minus no washer or dryer. We stayed in this cabin 6 nights and utilized the kitchen a lot. On the 3rd day of being there I called and asked if the trash could be picked up since there were 4 of us staying at the cabin and eating every meal there, it was starting to stink on the 3rd day. Called customer service who took down my name and had someone call me back that stated that since we were there for only 6 nights that there would be a 25.00 fee to pick up trash before we departed and use the big trash cans provided on the porch which we were already using. Needless to say with meat wrappers and paper plates it got stinky quick and by the time we left you couldn't even go by that area of the porch with out gagging.

Got a cabin rented, however, communication was difficult. It took a really long time to get feedback. Whenever I did talk with someone, I didn't feel like a valued customer. I felt that my business didn't quite matter. However, I successfully got a cabin booked so that's what matters.

This property is right on a busy highway, no views, except for the subdivision behind you. Terrible location, I have stay in the Smokey's before, and this is the worst i have ever saw. This cabin should not even be listed. Not happy at all with this property. No where is description did it list this was right on a busy highway, does not have any views, and as far as the river, not much to talk about that either.

After just booking less than a week ago, I never received a confirmation or follow-up....just this optionion review???

My family of six loved staying at this cabin! Lots of room, near lots of attractions, and loved the hot tub!! The only complaints we had were the following: propane was empty for the grill and when we called maintence they did bring a new one but there was so much dried grease at the bottom of grill all of our food instantly caught on fire and was ruined. Also the hot tub had so much chlorine that it bleached all 3 of my girls bathing suits!! Had to throw them out and they were brand new.

The person taking my reservation got my name wrong, and my address wrong.
