Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

A little confusing and no ESP jar to my emails so that was frustrating

This is a great property and great amenities. Very clean and well maintained. When we opened dishwasher has strong smell of fish. Had an electric fireplace , said under amenities it was gas. Very nicely furnished.

this cabin was very nice and clean. we did have problems with the keypad unlocking the door.

I haven't stayed yet only booked. I'll check back after my vacation.

All I have done so far is rent cabin online. All went well so far. Website search could be better, when working through a selection of cabins it doesn't always take you back to the list you were working on with filters and you have to search again.Would be willing to review again after our stay.

Accommodations were very acceptable, clean and efficient. The only problem was getting the key code to the cabin on arrival. It was not emailed as promised and had to call local police to get in touch with Colonial Properties before we could get in.

We loved the cabin but my wife had an allergic reaction to either the fabric softener, dryer sheet, or laundry soap used on the bedding, she broke out in a rash. Other than that everything was great.

Great cabin all the amenities of home. My only complaints were the Beds were terrible and way to soft and shaky.Drop some money and get some nice beds. Also there are no tv's in the bed rooms.
