Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

This is the second cabin we've rented through Colonial and both times have been great. The online booking process is easy and the cabins were clean, well kept and exactly what we wanted. Great job!

Very friendly and eager to find just the right property for our needs.

The cabins are clean and the service is excellent and the folks of Pigeon Forge are friendly and nice.

Nice people that work with you for a pleasant vacation

Loved our Colonial Properties Wish Upon a Star cabin, we went in March got married on the balcony and honeymooned at the same cabin. We have now already reserved our cabin for March 2017. 3 Jimmie's was the best place to eat as well!!

They make renting a beautiful cabin very easy. All the transactions were online and seamless. The property was as described, the place was just like we wanted and checking out was a cinch. Their prices are so reasonable compared to other companies and the most important...they delivered what was promised. Already getting ready to reserve another cabin for next year's vacation. Thank you

Beautiful cabin, awesome winter, early spring mountain view. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Easy to find, paved all way to cabin and parking paved also. Liked main level bathroom access to deck and hot tub, no tracking wet feet and drippy suits thru cabin. It snowed in the upper elevation on the mountains and it looked amazing from the deck and huge game room window! Reservations were a breeze, check-in was at 4pm, and key code sent email at 4:02pm.
