Haven't been there yet. But looking forward to are visit.

Fantastic communication with making reservations. Great job!

We haven't even been to our cabin yet, however, based upon the excellent customer service, kindness and fast response to all my questions regarding our upcoming stay, everything will be great. I am looking forward to using Colonial for future trips to the Pigeon Forge area. :)

Great place for a getaway. Great view and good location close to everything!

Cabins were great, up to date, very clean, and have everything you could want and need. Would definitely rent again with them. Great service!!! Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions

We happened to be staying the weekend of the Bluff Mountain fire. Colonial refunded us the last night's stay for our troubles. They very easily could have told us to eat it, but went above and beyond. Very well run organization and I WILL rent from them in the future.

Close to everything, very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, seems so homey, enjoyed our time at the cabin, seemed like things were clean.thanks.
