Cabin was clean. Easy to book and price was very competitive with other options.

Cabin T was a nice and comfortable cabin with an awesome view. The hot tub was the one thing I was looking forward to, and it was in need of maintenance. Hope to rent from Colonial Properties again in the future.

This was our first vacation together and we had a great time. These cabin was beautiful and very clean we would definitely stay there again.

Called for pricing and when I later called back to reserve was quoted a different price. Simply said something about the new quote and it was fixed. Staff called while we were on the way to the cabin to ask if we had made it yet and to let us know that it was ready. Cabin was beautiful and mostly clean. Check out was simple and easy. If you plan on cooking while you are in one of the cabins make sure you bring some hand sanitizer or soap and some good knives.

Colonial properties is a great company to book from. I have just booked my 2nd trip with the them and love the service. From complimentary attraction tickets to amazing properties, Colonial is a great company to book from. they give you a courtesy call and check in on you. Having to chose a cabin for my family is one of the hardest things to do, o and to wait to go on vacation is a close second.

For the money, Sleepy Bear cabin was nice. It needs to be updated and they have a water leakage problem with the tub in the master bedroom. The floor in the master has a hole under the carpet and it feels as if you could step through it. I imagine there is also a mold problem because of the water, although we didn't see any. They didn't supply dish detergent or any cleaning supplies. This made it difficult to clean up the kitchen. They also listed unlimited long distance and the phone was disconnected. Not a problem since we have cell phones but it was something they made a big deal about in the advertisement. The upstairs loft stayed very hot. The location is great. Its only about 3 miles outside of Gatlinburg and there is a nice grocery store about a 1/2 mile away, as well as, several restaurants if you wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. I liked that it was key coded and didn't require going to a rental office to check in and out. Overall the property was nice and convenient.
