Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Colonial Properties is great to deal with and the check in process is flawless. For the property we always rent they email me a key code to the condo and I just call to let them know I'm leaving. It's so much simpler than having to go and check in and then check out somewhere. The condo has always been so nice too. This is the 6th year we have booked the same place and it's been great every time and Colonial Properties has exceeded our expectations every time. The Stay and Play pass is great too, my son and I always use the free Wonderworks ticket as well as the free Ripleys putt-putt golf ticket. Hope to use even more free tickets this year. I would absolutely recommend using Colonial Properties to book your next vacation.

Stayed several times and enjoyed it every time.

Easy to use and hopefully will live up to the pictures and reviews!

Very nice relaxing. Reasonable pricing

Had an issue and they were great to help resolve it THANKS! Can wait to see the place!

So easy to book with u and found exactly what we needed at short notice Thank u

I had booked a cabin that I realized the next day was in the wrong area. I called the service center and they were so helpful!!! They were quick to help me find a cabin that was perfect for our family!

Love the Serenity Mountain cabin. Perfect views and close to the main strip but far enough away to have the great view of the mountains. It is the perfect get away cabin!!
