Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

They were very nice and helpful. I wish I could get a better discount.

The reservation was easy to make and very quick customer service. It just feels like there is too much to remember to do before arriving.

The entire staff was wonderful. They were all very helpful, and accommodated us at the last minute. There was no Wi-Fi, and the issue did not get resolved. There were small issues with the cabin, including Heating, small animals in the walls, and no insulation between the floors. The cabin was very clean, ready to go, and well equipped. We left coffee filters and dish soap, which would be helpful for the next group. A few extra towels would have been helpful. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating, inside and out. The cabin is located in a great spot, and we used the coupons provided, which was a fun addition to our trip.

We had a great stay! Only problem we had was that the cabin was closer to other cabins then wanted but overall great place!

Colonial Properties was extremely helpful and did everything they said they would do. I would definitely recommend them. The cabin we rented was nice but could have been better. It has very large windows that needed a good cleaning and there were two outside garbage cans strapped to the front porch next to the swing. We were on our honeymoon so the ambience could have been a little better. The location was very nice and quiet but there are other cabins close by. Overall we were happy. Thank you!

It was easy to book my reservations.

Needs some new blinds in the Windows, jets in the tub don't work. Needed a few light bulbs replaced, housekeeping needs to clean the light fixture in the bathroom... Dead bugs in it

Straight forward web page. Nice voice & email follow up
