Hideabed was in disrepair hot tub partially worked, and the directions given by colonial was not at all clear. Shower handle was broke so you took a luke warm shower.

It served its purpose but was not as inviting as the pictures online.

The cabin was as advertised. The location was superb. The property company emailed a code to get into the cabin at the appropriate time. Keyless entry worked very efficiently our large group. My big complaint was that my daughter left 3 dresses hanging in a closet which are now lost forever. We called management company on day of departure when we realized items were left behind. This call and 5 more calls over 6 weeks were futile. Each time we were told someone would put notes in the system, check on it and call us back. They never bothered to put notes in, look into it or call us back. Finally when I talked with a supervisor he said "if you read your contract we are not responsible for lost items." I was disappointed that they did absolutely nothing to help or be courteous once our family checked out.

Well I scheduled our vacation for a cabin in the smokies via phone with Veronica at colonial properties and from the first call I was reluctant in scheduling she was not pleasant nor helpful. I even told her well can you give me some details as this is our first time doing this or visiting the smokies, she definitely did not go out of her way to be helpful or even get this rental scheduled. So after she gave me the total for the days we had requested I wuestioned why was it so much, she stated there was a $77 charge for cleaning, which after getting itemized bill was not the case. I had to call her 4 times and wasted 2 hours driving around looking for our cabin as our gps was taking us to a different location. I finally got her back on the phone and asked her to provide us with step by step verbal directions. We get to the cabin and there was cob webs all over not only in the high parts of the ceiling but all over, so not acceptable especially since you are responsible for paying for a cleaning fee. Just be very precautious when scheduling a cabin thru this company as this was our experience. I suggest going directly to the office possibly this would help, not positive though since we did not do this.

We seem to get sometimes too many people, too many cars, and on occasion the rent seems to be low

Hillbilly deluxe was unsatisfactor for several reasons. Did not expect as . )many stairs. (we're around 70) Toaster and coffee mach both out of order. Toaster caught on fire.2 bathrooms dirty when we arrived.All DVD players would not work. All previous experiences with Aunty Bug's rentals have been satisfactory. This one wasn't.

The wifi didn't work and I reported it the first day and it was needed. Did not seem to matter to the rental company. Also there was a note to clean up after your pets, well we noticed that all the neighbors walked there pets through the yard at the rental and even through your carport. Where I am from that is trespassing. Plus this place is advertised as a cabin, it is along way from one nice place but not a cabin.
