Wonderful stay! Family of 5
We booked our cabin last minute and everything was wonderful. Beautiful location, lovely cabin everything we needed. Kids loved the pool table and we even took a soak in the hot tub one evening. We would go back!

True Southern Hospitality!
From the first time I called Colonial Properties it was obvious why they are the #1 choice for vacation rentals in the Smokies! Their Team is truly outstanding! They not only listened to our requests they offered personal knowledge of every property we inquired about. The price was more than competitive but the service and follow up are second to none. If you are looking for someone to take your best interests to heart and make your visit to the Smokies an awesome family memory then Colonial Properties is the Only Choice!!

Amazing stay!
This was the first time we have ever rented a cabin and I am so glad we did! Our whole experience was perfect! The cabin was exactly what the pictures and descriptions portrayed and we absolutely loved it!
