The cabin is nicely decorated and conveniently located. I am very disappointed that there is no wi fi. I specifically looked for a cabin with WiFi. I called to complain Friday when I checked in and was told someone would be over. It is now Saturday night and I'm still being told that a ticket is open and someone is on the way. The remote to the tv does not work, the bathroom sink backs up and slow to drain and the hot tub is full of some calcium sedimate that the posted sign says is a build up from hard water & will not hurt you but it is unsightly. My last experience with Colonial properties was great and that is why I tried them again. This trip was a special occasion and I was very disappointed.

When I called to book our cabin the young girl who answered the phone was nice and friendly it was the lady who took my reservation that didn't seem to be as friendly. She was very one toned and seemed not to enjoy her job.

Rocking Bear cabin was ok for the weekend. Commode in main floor area was clogged up and walls in bathroom were nasty. Do not use GPS to get to this cabin. Print directions given in email and use those. We had snow the weekend we were there and someone did scrape the road so we could get out.

We enjoyed the location and privacy. Unfortunately there was a water problem. We had a hard time with the pressure for showers. In fact we left on our last day without showers. Other than that this place was great. Probably a 3.5 in reality.

have stayed with before had great experince, had contacted a week or so earlier about a cabin but got no responce from them. mostly good experences with the exception of it.

I enjoyed not having to deal with checking in and out with workers but the room needs some work. Good price.

Cabin has nice location and furniture but has big bug problem!!!
