Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Very clean and nice!!

My family stayed in a Colonial cabin this past summer. We all enjoyed it so much that we have decided to make it a family tradition to rent cabins with Colonial for all our family vacations. We have already reserved our cabin for next summer. The cabins are beautiful and clean. The staff at Colonial is so very nice and helpful.

Our cabin was perfect for us as we celebrated our 25th anniversary in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We both were very pleased and satisfied.

Have a wonderful experience very clean

Thanks Veronica for finding us the perfect cabin after cabins USA cancelled our reservation 5 days before our trip. The cabin was incredible "above the clouds" and it was furnished beautifully. These folks really take care of you.

Colonial Properties makes cabin rental easy. Reservations and payment can be made online and on the day that your vacation begins, they email the lock code to you so there is no need to go to the office. Our rental is always spotlessly clean with dish and dishwasher detergents, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. There is a nice supply of thick towels and extra pillows and blankets. We previously rented the same cabin when it was managed by a different company who were not very accommodating. We are pleased with the management change.

I have been treated very well by reservation staff.

The cabin was beautiful and very well maintained and had everything you need for your time there. The location was amazing next to the creek, and very relaxing. It was well worth it to stay there.
