I booked on line and it was very easy and convenient. Then I needed to call about the Stay and Play pass and they were helpful.

We had a great time it was exactly what we ask for we're looking forward to staying again some day.

The view from the front balcony is beautiful and the area is so peaceful and relaxing. The decor is rustic and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. My husband and I had a great time at the cabin. We would have liked to have had a little cleaner of a cabin. There were lots of cobwebs along the banisters and in the Windows. The Windows were hazy and dirty. The lamp shades had quite a bit of dust on them. The hot tub could use some attention too, the cover over the filter is falling apart and doesn't stay over the filter and the water level was too high and we lost quite a bit of water when we got in. We reported a downed power line at the house below us and it was not fixed in the time we were there and made us a little nervous to drive by.

Survey was sent to us before our actual arrival - cant wait to see how the experience goes. Will definitely post more information after our trip!

We stayed for the weekend with family. The home was very clean and well kept. We had a tv issue but their response time was very fast! Our only issues were the master bed was hard as a rock and the basement was like an ice box and no matter what we did the temp would not change, we also couldnt get the WIFI to work.
