Everything was great except the front door... It took several attempts to finally get the door unlocked.. Outside of the door problems the cabin was beautiful and I would recommend it to friends family and everyone else!!!

Reservations were quick and easy. Somethings needed updating in the cabin, but you are in the mountains though!

We decided to take a trip with our kids this year and rented a cabin in Tennessee. We weren't sure at first about being so far out but soon realized that we were located about 20 minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Our stay has been filled with so much fun and many, many memories that I will cherish. Only problem I can say we had was the cabin being a bit dusty (me and my children have bad allergies) and one of the chairs in the living area was kind of messed up when you let the bottom out. Everything else was so nice and my son really enjoyed staying in the "treehouse"

Was able to view the cabins we want and book them quickly.

Received the address etc 30 minutes early so gave us time to find the cabin. However if we did not have email access I don't know what would have happened as the office we booked through was said to be closed on Sunday's. Could not fault the position of the cabin, peaceful location, easy to find. However surprised that there was no facilities to cut up food, eg chopping boards and no placemats for the table. No where to hang clothes,p ( no wardrobe) had to use drawers and no where to dry clothes except tumble dryer. Had to contact office for Internet access code as tried to contact owner but answer machine was full. It would have helped if password was included with the code to enter the cabin. Would have saved several phone calls. Would recommend this cabin if teething problems were sorted out

So far so good. Good selection of cabins and simple booking process. Terms and conditions are a little strict but they had the cabin we wanted so we will see how it goes.
