I love that I can load my 7 pipe once and have it last all day. Smooth green hits every time. And the way this device collects resin in the lower chambers is phenomenal. I also like the weight of the 7 pipe...feels like I'm smoking a cigar.

Soooo, I'm a middle aged guitarist that is learning to play Led Zep's Whole lotta Love and wanted to incorporate the slides Jimmy Page uses on the record into my playing...but a glass slide on my finger is too restrictive and when I put it in my mouth to make it accessible to me it looked kinda dumb, so I started looking for a ceramic or glass rod and then stumbled upon your items...It now rests on an extended piece of E string sticking out of a tuner peg and then gets stuck in my mouth after the first series of slides...cool in theory, but really just more efficient. Got a laugh from my band mates!!

You sent me leaky disposable that I had to toss. I opened one today and it had a tiny bit in it and down to 70 percent charge. Your employees are sending out used products. THAT'S MY PROBLEM NOW. USED PRODUCTS. SCUM BAG
Response from SMOKEANov 25, 2025
We do not ship used products. However it is possible that your disposable may have been damaged during shipping. If you received a defective product and you’ve reported it to our support team, it will be replaced free of charge.

Both products I received are CLEARLY defective. Only one will be refunded when I proved with pictures of the defects. They also refuse to refund any shipping charges. So I spent all the money and shipping for NOTHING. They are refunding the cheap item only but it is still completely unusable. DON'T EVER BUY FROM SMOKEA. TOTALLY DISHONEST
Response from SMOKEAFeb 12, 2026

As outlined on our website, products that have been used are not eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene and safety standards in our industry. Shipping charges are also non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we applied our stated policy consistently based on the condition of the items received.
