Our trial period is designed to last 24 hours, after which an automatic charge is processed if the subscription isn’t canceled before the trial ends. Based on our records, the charge was applied after the trial expired. We noticed that the subscription was paused approximately one hour after the charge was made which is why the payment still went through. We understand that the terminology between "pausing" and "canceling" can sometimes be confusing and we’re actively working to make this clearer for users moving forward.
